To benefit from the student registration fees, proof of status is mandatory.
Should your registration remains unpaid as of the deadline date for the fee you applied, registration fees will automatically be modified to late fees.
Only paid registration fees will be considered.
Registration fees are VAT included.
The organizers are not responsible for any official VAT change.
The electronic scientific program and book of abstracts will be available for free in the congress app, and will also be made available for download on the congress website nearer 2019 Developmental Biology Congress start date.
We would like to make EDBC2019 a paper free event and thank you for your green consciousness.
Registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Access to Exhibition area
- Welcome reception at the venue on 23rd October
- Coffee breaks during the congress period
- Lunch on 24th and 25th October
- Special fee for congress dinner on 25th October at Casa del Mediterráneo (by Michelin star Chef María José San Román)
- Program & Book of Abstracts through the website during the Congress
As you may know, the EDBC2019 is a paperless congress therefore no paper programme neither abstract book will be delivered
All participants and exhibitors are requested to wear their EDBC2019 name badges at all times, in order to be given access to the Meeting venue. Participants not wearing the EDBC2019 badge will not be granted access past the registration area.
EUR 25.00 (VAT included) will be charged for replacing a lost badge and for re-printing due to incorrect submission of names and/or company names or addresses.
Exhibitors are admitted into the exhibition area as well as the catering areas, but have no access to the lecture halls.
Cancellation and Refunds
The registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made before 31st March 2019. After this deadline, no refund policy will be in effect.
