The dinner will be served by the hand of chef María José San Román, the only woman in Alicante awarded with a Michelin star and two Repsol suns for her restaurant Monastrell in Alicante. She is worldwide recognized for her study of the most representative Spanish ingredients, such as the extra virgin olive oil, saffron and rice, among others, and her reinterpretation of the traditional Spanish cuisine.

Also, she is the president of the recent association Women in Gastronomy, in which the talent of woman within gastronomy is valued.

The Chef presents us a menu in collaboration with Paellas Gigantes Riquelme, that consists in giant vegan paella. All accompanied by wines with Denomination of Origin of Alicante DO.
