The dinner will take place in Casa Mediterráneo, a public institution for mutual knowledge between Spain and the Mediterranean countries, located in the Antigua Estación de Benalúa in Alicante, emblematic building dating from 1888.
The dinner will be served by the hand of chef María José San Román, the only woman in Alicante awarded with a Michelin star and two Repsol suns for her restaurant Monastrell in Alicante. Also, she is the president of the recent association Women in Gastronomy, in which the talent of woman within gastronomy is valued.

The Chef presents us a menu in collaboration with Paellas Gigantes Riquelme, that consists in giant vegan paella. All accompanied by wines with Denomination of Origin of Alicante DO.
